Zoopla is the UK’s most comprehensive property website, focused on empowering home movers with the resources they need to find, move and manage, their properties. KBS Albion was tasked with driving reappraisal of Zoopla’s comprehensive search capability through a stand-out integrated campaign.

The Idea

Recognising that one’s perfect home is defined by more than location and price, we leveraged Zoopla’s extensive dataset to demonstrate the scale, depth, and power of Zoopla’s search capability. By surfacing two sets of data, Zoopla was positioned as the go-to destination when searching for a home.

I worked to evolve Zoopla’s visual style and incorporated bespoke illustrations. Well-known illustrator, Noma Bar, was commissioned to create engaging imagery with strong positive/negative relationships to illuminate our two property facts.

Posters were translated into 6, 12, and 48-sheet formats and also appeared on buses throughout London.
